Summary

Lobacc was one of many humans who lived in the territory of the Black Sun gang, who had seized control of the area after the Sacking of Coruscant Sacking of Coruscant Event Great Galactic War (3681BBY - 3653BBY) . During the Cold War, he was contacted by the detective Dooce Everton Dooce Everton (Bith) Character Minor Characters (TOR) , who was investigating who was leading Black Sun Black Sun Organization Galaxy-Wide Organizations on Coruscant. Everton convinced Lobacc to become his informant, and Lobacc began to secretly gather information on the gang for him.
